Wasabi condiments and Japanese ingredients



In 2014, when a chef visited the farm of Jon Old, the founder of The Wasabi Company, he commented that the watercress he grew was grown in a very similar way to wasabi, and so he decided to give it a go.

The only British-grown Wasabi is now reaching some of the top chefs in the UK and all over Europe. Many of these are using wasabi in the traditional way, freshly grated or to compliment a wide variety of meat and fish dishes, puddings, soups, foams and sauces.

The Wasabi Company created a range of moreish condiments, such as wasabi mayonnaise and mustard using fresh wasabi and aromatic fresh yuzu.

Exclusive premium, organic soy sauce, yuzu soy sauce and Japanese vinegars complete the range for chefs in restaurants and at home.
