The vineyard lies in an area of outstanding natural beauty, in the heart of 1066 country of East Sussex.
Carr Taylor Sparkling Wines are made using the same traditional method as Champagne. However, using different grape varieties to Champagne results in slightly more aromatic flavours which quickly gained international recognition with more than 50 awards.
Brut - 100% Reichensteiner
Pale golden with subtle aromas of fresh apple and elderflower with hints of biscuit on the nose and butter on the palate.
Rosé - 75% Pinot Noir & 25% Dornfelder
Delicate pink shade with a fresh raspberry and redcurrant streak on the palate. Soft acidity and hint of sweetness.
Demi Sec - 50% Reichensteiner and 50% Schonburger
Golden colour and soft peachy nose with hints of apple and vanilla. The fresh fruit flavours have a subtle complexity and a luscious, sweet finish.
